Perfectly adequate accommodations for a...

Liked: Room was comfortable and adequate. Location was only a short walk to Marienplatz, and central to subway system. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was glad to have an elevator.
Disliked: Room was rather odd in that it was in the attic of the property, and about a third of it was unusable space due to the sloping ceiling. Room decor was unimpressive. Mattress was almost too firm.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located close to Karlsplatz station and close to many food options. It was only a 12 minute walk to the city centre. The room itself was very spacious and included a fridge and complimentary bottled water. The lady at the front desk that checked me in answered all my questions and was the sweetest. She told me which areas to avoid as a female travelling alone and gave me plenty of details for how to get to the airport the following day.

Convenient and comfortable stay with...

Liked: We only stayed one night at Hotel Bayer's, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located directly across from Munich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, especially for easy access to the airport. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for a short visit.The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very quiet, ideal for a restful night after a day of travel. Also every hotel staff we interacted with was super friendly and kind, which made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We hope the team enjoyed the Tim Tam biscuits we left at reception as a small thank you :)Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich

Disliked: layout of the bathroom was awkward. Shower basically in the center of the room. Toilet paper dispenser too far from the toilet.

Liked: Very handy location, 5 minute walk from the station, 5 minute walk to the old town. Clean, good sized room.
Disliked: WiFi did not work at all in my room. When I was in the lobby, it worked fine, but not in my room. The selection of tv channels was sparse.
