Friendly and helpful staff

Liked: The location is very convenient for the main train station and the staff were all very friendly. I'm grateful to the receptionist who printed some train tickets for me last minute. There is a wide range of breakfast options. Overall good value for money and I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: 1) I asked for a quiet room and got ... a room on the first floor facing the street with trams. The windows (as the entire hotel) are not sound-proof. So I could not sleep the first nigt.Next morning I asked for another room - because the hotel was not packed - and got a nice quiet room. But my first night was ruined2) I checked out and asked to store my bags for 1,5 hour. The asnwer was: we do not sore the luggage. I suggested to pay for - the answer was no. I asked to prolonge my room for 1,5 h (the hotel is not busy) - still no.I was able to leave my laggage in different Munich hotels (expensive and cheap), but this once is unique ...
