Luxury hotel at a bargain...

Liked: Bathtub, old-world elegance, location next to the train station.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice location, very friendly staff,...

Liked: Nice localisation, two crosswalks from Dresden-Neustadt station. Despite the close local of a busy train station the room is quiet, as long as the windows are closed. The hotel makes a nice impression; staff is very friendly and all English speaking. Not a single person from the staff would pass me by without saying hello. The room looked very luxurious and included a desk and a comfortable chair. Wifi speed very decent, around 100 Mb.
Disliked: I missed that when booking but the room did not include air conditioning. Opening the windows was not an option as the noise of the passing trains was very irritating. In any case, despite over 30 degrees centigrade outside the room did not heat up to a point where it would become unbearable, so not a big problem but something to keep in mind.

Liked: The location of the hotel was good and tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Hotel doesn’t have conditionier, and it is situated near train station, so it is too noisy to keep window open.

Liked: Very quiet place with a lovely view

Disappointing stay with overly warm...

Liked: Car charging was well taken care off. The room was very large and bright.
Disliked: The room was way to warm. There was no air conditioning. It was unbearably hot. There was a lot of noise from the nearby streets and train tracks. And the worst was at the breakfast there was rotten yoghurt served. We mentioned it to the waiter and she only said thanks for mentioning. No word of apology. They just asked wether we want fresh one. This is a real no go and a health risk. This should not happen. I mentioned it at check out again and again there was no apology or anything, which would the least what I would expect.
