Liked: Staff were friendly and location was great between the two rivers.
Disliked: Unfortunately our shower had black mould and had not been adequately cleaned for some time. We raised the problem with staff who promptly moved us to another room which also had mould but not as bad.They also offered a complimentary breakfast for inconvenienceThis is not a 4 star hotel

No real complaints, just little...

Liked: Staff were lovely. We slept well, and Breakfast was a tasty continental mix.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite nice as mentioned, but it took a while to lay out, so I'd already eaten before I appreciated the full extent of what was available. The room was large, but a little sparsely furnished, and there was no outlook as such. There were nice tea facilities, but no milk for tea (We realised too late to ask for any). We were warned about there being no lift, but I must confess that with heavy luggage, the stairs were a tad more of an issue than I'd anticipated.

Liked: Air conditioning was excellent. The decor is beautiful and the bed is so comfy.Housekeeping looked after the place perfectly. Loved the whole trip

Perfect location, charming rooms!

Liked: Loved the charming rooms. Tiny but so delightfully - the tea service waiting for us in the room was a treat! Fabulous locations!
Disliked: Rooms are small but you really don’t need a big one as you spend your time exploring Lyon!
