Liked: The location was good where we needed to be the size of the room
Disliked: Not able to get in when we arrived took 2 not so helpful phone calls to get a code to be able to get in said the code was in the email what email ???? the email with the code didn't arrive till half an hour after we actualy got in to the room The bed was big but the mattress were very uneven and not comfortable seen better days along with bedding which was not overly clean and very bobbely decided to check mattress wish we hadn't slept on top but not a good sleep also no extra pillows and after a bad nights sleep would not recommend or stay again

Disliked: The complimentary fridge did not work. Vending machine did not work. However, I contacted customer service and responded quickly and respectfully.
