Disliked: Old rooms, smells weird, 5 spiders in different parts of the room. The hair dryer barely blows. I was aware of using it

Years pass, and Bastion remains...

Liked: I'm used to stay in Bastion, maybe 15 times. Good point is that, as far as I know, Bastion is the only "acceptable" hotel in Kostrzyn, where I own a company. Location very near German border is interesting. Rooms are also "acceptable", but not so much more. I still see no any renovation plan...
Disliked: Small space generally, isolation against noise or cold, unsufficient Internet connection, breakfast without any change...

Liked: Friendly breakfast staff.
Disliked: The late arriving guest and very early morning staff were very loud and kept me awake with their loud talking.

Liked: Comfortable beds, very good breakfast with a variety of foods, bike storage.
Disliked: Very loud people in the foyer, during the night and early morning, no fresh fruit for breakfast

Didn't meet the expectations, but...

Liked: - Staying right next to Stary Kostrzyn's ruins was awesome! - The hotel is pet-friendly.- The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious, with great choice of dishes and variety of breakfast options.
Disliked: - Sadly we were given a room with a view over the car park instead of the historical site on the other side of the building.- A room for 3 had only 1 key card. Very uncomfortable!- The only place where a kettle (for which we had to ask for!) could be placed was a bedside table in the least accessible corner of the room, which made it super hard to use...- No hand towel and shampoo provided. - Broken shower's sliding doors, couldn't be closed properly- Only 5 hangers in a wardrobe for 3 people- Our bin hasn't been emptied for 4 days - until we asked the receptionist.- The air conditioner got broken during a heatwave- Overpriced for the standards, service and comfort provided.
