Disliked: Hotel cancelled our booking and did not refund us. I am still fighting to get our refund! Shocking experience and Booking.com very unhelpful!

Superb

Liked: Everyone very attentive & welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean, enjoyed having the two French windows. Bathroom a little small but had everything needed. Bed so nice. Location was amazing!!!! One of my favorite areas in Paris!

The hotel was ok but...

Liked: Great location in Montmartre Friendly staffClean
Disliked: Room too small, no space to move around bed, not enough space to unpack clothes. Bathroom clean but tatty/cracked tiles, shower TOO small - could barely move around to wash body/hair. Anyone slightly overweight would struggle as just too small. Towels thin and worn.
