Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: Staff is not really nice. When we arrived, we were given a wrong room that is for one person instead of two. It had to be changed. Last day, after breakfast at 9:00 our cards did not work anymore to get into our room, although checkout is at 11. We had to go down to the reception to re-activate the cards to be able to enter our room. The receptionist asked us to pay for the room at that moment although it was clear we were not yet leaving. Champagne served at the breakfast was non-alcoholic. Sometimes the shower did not have hot water. And I could go on with other small things that a 4 star hotel can not allow to happen.
