Liked: Rooms were very nice, I didn't like the breakfast area and the breakfast eather- only a very limited choice .

I give this hotel a...

Liked: The staff is very friendly and kind. The team at the brasserie was exceptionally efficient and kind.
Disliked: There is a slight lack of discipline, except at the Brasserie: 1) a cleaning staff ate some of the breakfast I left in the room (the plate should have been cleared but stayed there when I came back), 2) the barman was often absent around 6 pm and we had to claim someone to show up, 3) missing items from the breakfast ordered as a room service. All this is not a big deal, but it is not the standard of a 5-stars hotel service we expect.
