Liked: - very friendly staff- spacious, clean rooms- free, secure parking - simple but good breakfast- public transport in 3 min walking distance- nice garden
Disliked: We hear every word spoken in the lobby or in the hall in front of the room (our room was right next to the stairs in the main house). we would recommend ear plugs or an other room, if this bothers you. Besides this the hotel was perfect for relaxed days.

Liked: The cleanliness The staff was friendly and helpful The area and the hotel itself The room was warm I have asked the staff upfront if it could be possible to grab something quickly before the kitchen opens because I had to leave early next morning. The staff prepared a breakfast to go for me which was very nice but everything was sweet in this bag and I can't eat sweet breakfast. I would appreciate if they asked me what I wanted. The receptionist tried to help me when I asked if I could snick into the kitchen to grab something to eat before restaurant opens, she called her manager to ask and she suggested a solution and offered her help with my suitcase since there was no elevator.

Disliked: My room was extremely poorly isolated so I could hear the person next door snoring, taking shower, moving around 6am. My room was close to the road, so I could hear the cars passing by all the night long.I arrived around 10pm and I let know the staff beforehand and they told me to contact me at a certain number to receive a self check in procedure. I have sent a message around 4pm and no response, I have tried to call them several times, and nothing. So I had to go to my booking account, find my conversation with the staff somehow and write them and only then I received a reply. Which was stressful because I was at the airport and had to manage all this supposing that I might receive no reply and thinking what would I do in case, there would be no reply.I would prefer that the receptionist had sent it to me himself.
