Quirky accommodation in great location

Liked: The location is great, we loved being near the water but also right in the city centre
Disliked: It is such a shame that you can't access the deckare or any outside parts of the ship. The lack of a bar or restaurant also means there's nowhere to hang out in case of bad weather etc.There's nowhere safe to leave luggage either.

Okay value for money, but...

Liked: The boat concept is fun and original, and it’s not too expensive! Nice to try for a one time experience
Disliked: The hotel wasn’t so clean, breakfast wasn’t great, and there was a whole group, if not multiple, spread in multiple rooms, shouting and blasting music in the next room and in the corridor until 3/4am. Could barely sleep!

Disliked: No staff at the hotel, all contact including check-in is only via telephone. Room was missing towel, phoned ‘help desk’ and was told nothing could be done until next day; told to “try some cupboards, to see if I could find some yourself”. Dirty public areas. Old furnishings, worn carpet. Public bars, lounge, outside ‘deck’ were all closed to access. Very basic breakfast, not worth the extra paid.
