Beautiful Stay.
Liked: Loved having a nespresso machine in the room! . The pastries and fruit were fresh for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect spot for a weekend...
Liked: The location and facilities are wonderful- the pool area in particular. The room decor is beautiful, and all the amenities exactly what we needed for a girls weekend!

Pricey Stay Without the Perks
Liked: Great location & beautiful interior
Disliked: - Staff seemed untrained and inattentive- Breakfast advertised as “included” was misleading — only coffee and a few pastries were available. We had to pay extra for a proper breakfast- Coffee and pastries were often empty and only restocked after repeatedly asking staff- Front desk staff couldn’t assist with calling a cab and simply referred us to use Uber- Overall service and amenities did not match the premium price point

Enjoyed a lovely night at...
Liked: The attention to detail and design of every space. It was gorgeous everywhere you looked and could be a photo moment.
Disliked: I honestly liked everything about it.

Liked: Lovely facilities, very clean room. Staff at the front door and at the check in desk were excellent. Franklin, the Hotel car driver was wonderful! The staff at the Green Room behind the bar, especially during the day we're hit or miss. One young man was super attentive but the other staff seemed either nervous or inconvenienced if asked for assistance. it wasn't clear if there was table service or not or what was available regarding food options unless you asked. Had breakfast one morning and ordered toast and eggs. We thoughts it was very expensive for what you got. Nothing distinguished this from a basic diner meal yet we were charged over $23.00. They need to do better in the Green Room if this is what you plan to charge for a very basically uninspired breakfast. I think the staff, at least some, not all, we're very inexperienced or not well trained in customer service.

Avoid-Horrible Service
Liked: The common rooms and decor were lovely.
Disliked: The staff and management. We had a 3 night stay which was supposed to include breakfast. It did not and I never got a satisfactory explanation. The manager was supposed to call us to clear up the misunderstanding and they never did. Housekeeping didn’t remove dirty coffee cups from the room and never restocked the 6 original coffee pods. This is not what I expect from a hotel at this price pointThe hotel was also in a residential area a half mile from restaurants and a mile from shops
