Liked: Great stop over for three nights this timeReception staff and housekeeping staff were their usual professional and polite selvesThanks to allThey even left additional refreshments at door for the next day. Much appreciated Car park very busy again but not a problem.

Disliked: No one on reception till 3, door was locked and couldn't leave bags anywhere any other hotel there would be a staff member there at least.Had to wait 15 mins for room this was at 4 reception ringing to see which rooms were clean.We had one and half toilet roll half a roll on the rack Shower was shocking scalding hot you couldn't out your full body underneath it

Avoid like the plague!

Disliked: 3pm check-in was delayed by 1hr as room not ready when we arrived. For lots of guests not just us. Excuse was because people had checked out late. (Check out is 11am). Terrible customer service. Minimal communicationNoisy location - rough area on a busy main road. Traffic noise.Noisy restaurant attached - Noisy until midnight.Noisy inside - woken at 3am by shrieking, partying guests. Hard mattress causing backache & hard flat pillows offering no neck support. Small room with dated furniture & only 2 plug sockets near the kettle area. Unable to charge phone at bedside. Ridiculous, small wardrobe - door hinge on wrong side to enable you to put your clothes in easily. No laminated info sheet providing info such as WiFi password, TV, heating, reception number etc No hand soap in bathroom. TINY basin for washing face if didn't want to shower causing water to go all over floor. No hooks for towels etc. 1 wall shelf falling off the wall. No breakfast available. Asked the manager for a partial refund & was told we could have a bottle of wine or check out if we wanted to. The hotel's response to all the other negative feedback from guests is obviously automated & shows that customer service is not a priority, giving the same -'We hope to see you again soon!'No thank you.

Liked: Close to town center. Good for parking.Indian restaurant down stairs.
Disliked: We paid in our price for breakfast. Staff told us on the night they don't do breakfast.We could of booked elsewhere and had breakfast.
