Superb

Disliked: Wasn’t able to adjust the air conditioner it was hot in our room

Perfect for one night in...

Liked: The location is great, right on the water and close to everything. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked decent. Staff was super friendly and nice about holding luggage.
Disliked: Bathrooms could be updated

Liked: We enjoyed the location. It was centrally located to the places we planned to visit. We liked being close to restaurants and shops.
Disliked: We were very unsatisfied with our stay at this hotel. The bathroom was dirty. Splatters could be seen on the bathroom walls throughout the bathroom and there was trash under the new trash bag in the waste bin leading me to believe that whoever "cleaned the room" simply put a new bag in the bin without actually looking inside of it. Additionally, the baseboard throughout the room were dirty. The duvet was dingy and had a large brown spot on it. Lastly, the TV did not work. Luckily, we were only in the room for one night, otherwise we would have asked to move to another room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Old, dirty and not worth...

Liked: Good riverfront location
Disliked: Worn down hotel with dirty floors that smelled like moisture. The bathroom was a disaster. Old, stained and full of long black hair on the floor. It was one of the most repulsive experiences I had in a while. For 480 USD a night, it was a joke. Take a look at a full gallery of human hair photos I took.

Rude check-in

Liked: The location is great if you want to be downtown. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I tried to check in because the reservation was in my husband's name, and he was slow getting out of the car. He was only about 30 seconds behind me... She said, "Well, is he here??" And continued to be very dismissive of me for the remainder of the check-in process. We will never return to that hotel, based primarily on that experience.
