Liked: Friendly, attentive staff; awesome happy hour cocktails in the first floor restaurant and maybe the best 'not in my own home' bed ever.
Disliked: Additional parking fee.

luxurious rooms in a super-hip...

Liked: Ballard is a super-happening neighborhood and I recommend it highly, There room was first class in comfort and facilities.
Disliked: This is a smaller hotel, so fewer facilities. There was (weakish) coffee in the reception area, but no ability to get breakfast. Fortunately there are a number of places in the area to get coffee and light breakfast.

This was a great last...

Liked: The location was great with lots of restaurants and shops up and down the street, the Ballard Locks and fish ladder are close enough to walk to. We had fresh juice from Yaygit that was delicious!
Disliked: The parking garage was open and accessible to anyone walking on the street. I felt a little uncomfortable when I had to go down there at night alone to grab something from my car.

Luxury !!!!

Liked: Sheets , towels and room was exceptional. We’ve been to Ballard many many times and usually do an AirBNB . The hotel is pricey but sometimes it’s worth the timing to splurge .It’s an ideal location .

Liked: location was nice; lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great gym.
Disliked: Parking. We have an SUV which was slightly to tall for the garage. We ended up in a lot nearby, but it did not feel as safe and was less convenient, yet the same price as the garage.

Liked: Location is great, very walkable.Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.

Liked: The location in Ballard is great for shopping and restaurants. The Sunday market was really good. Gym and spa on site at the hotel.
Disliked: Not much in the way of customer service. No breakfast on site which was disappointing and staff on check in did not mention this detail or offer any suggestions. Hotel room was quite old style, and not what I would call boutique luxury. The hotel website suggests the hotel is "minutes from downtown" Seattle which it certainly isn't. It takes about 15 minutes in a cab from downtown which some travellers may find inconvenient.

Disliked: Shower only seemed to give cold or boiling hot water. Location of Ballard is a lovely area but a bit inconvenient for the downtown tourist attractions
