Good value for money

Liked: Location is very good, close to subway stations (13 minutes walk to Hammersmith and 8-9 minutes walk to Westfield). Room was clean. Couple of coffee shops and eateries are nearby. Sainsburry is just right across the hotel which is a plus point.
Disliked: Room for one person was extremely small. The internet service was not upto mark, poor signals and poor quality of internet. Rest everything was good.

Fantastic staff... Needs lots of...

Liked: The staff was great and extremely helpful:) Cleaner came every day to clean the room refresh towels and sheet.Loved the fridge and kettle in the room
Disliked: So first we got a room at Comfhotel that was filthy hair in the shower hair in the fridge and wee in toilet so disgusting I could not belive my eyes.I made a complaint and the kind staff member gave us another room in the Eurostar hotel building and apologied he was respectfull and helpful.The other room was better although the walls were not too neat some stains were on it but was livable.

Very dirty

Liked: The shower quite big, hot water, the staff very nice and friendly!
Disliked: The heater wasn’t worked, very dirty, hairs everywhere including the bed sheets, carpet very old and very dirty plus wet!
