Liked: The fact that the cleaners cleaned the room twice in one day told me from the start how hygienic the hotel was. I also loved how friendly the staff were and at every chance they got they smiled and greeted you

Liked: Location was perfect, the room was comfortable, great view. Lift a little small for a family. Bar drinks excellent, breakfast had everything we needed.
Disliked: I found most of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. There was one particular lady on reception who I found to be not very welcoming.

Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful...

Liked: The location is perfect—just a short walk from all the main attractions. Our room was spacious and had an incredible view of the Arno River, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: No major complaints

Lovely clean/friendly hotel with modern...

Liked: General staff all friendly and helpful every day. Breakfast selection/choice was excellent with large choice of food, and again staff very helpful/friendly. View from room ideal overlooking river. Location ideal to get to all parts of city. Easy to use lift and 'comfortable' stairs to walk up/down.
Disliked: Would have liked shelf in bathroom to locate wash bags but had to leave these on floor. Same applied to hotel supplied items ie plastic cups/box of tissues located on shelf at floor level below basin which was problem to access. Wardrobe space good but would have liked drawers to store shorts/underwear. Voice noise late at night travelled along corridors and our last night lot of noise coming from room above us which kept us awake. This was just the one incident.
