Disliked: Room furnished old and dirty. Very noisy staffs and houskeeping. Noise starts every day 07.00 am. A hotel that does not deserve the price it charges

Wonderful stay with an excellent...

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful!! They took our luggage up for us, had our room ready a little early, and even provided a map and highlighted places for us to go and see. They showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, etc. The items in the fridge were free as well as some snacks which was VERY nice! They also helped us get a taxi when we were leaving. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean, and the wifi worked great. Loved having open windows and little balconies. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would stay there again!
Disliked: Would love a clothes steamer in the room. Especially helpful for travelers!

The 5-star staff of Hotel...

Liked: All of the staff - from the doormen to reception to housekeeping to the bartender - were friendly, helpful and very professional. The shower was one of the two best we had during our month-long stay in Spain.
Disliked: I understand "boutique" hotels are often small, but the room was on the small side and the lighting was on the dark side - especially for a 5-star hotel. It's a small complaint but worth making.

Quick afternoon / overnight in...

Liked: Very efficient and well done. Stylish and comfortable. Lovely rooftop seating.
Disliked: We had two rooms. The 306 room did not have a window. I assume other rooms in that stack are the same. The rooms are beautiful otherwise.
