Very good

Great llocation with comfortable staying...

Liked: After I asked to change the room (first night room was not good), the room is quite nice. Two big windows facing the street. At night it’s very quiet which was so good. The front desk staffs are helpful
Disliked: The hair dryer is very difficult to use, need to keep pushing one side which made drying my long hair became a hard work. The breakfast could change a little bit every couple days, now is completely same everyday.

Great experience and nice location...

Liked: The overall area, staff and lobby was great. The room was clean, and staff was very accommodating. The location was also great and close to the metro. There was also a small balcony that allowed us to enjoy fresh air.
Disliked: The room itself was small. Although it had two floors, that also added some difficulties with having luggage downstairs and inaccessible if we were upstairs.

Liked: Location was pretty good. There were several cafes nearby and subway and bus were within a reasonable walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well! It was very quiet.
Disliked: The room was very small and the elevator could only accommodate one adult with a small carry on. Not a big issue, just comical. Not stated on the website - laundry service was actually a do-it-yourself at a laverie around the corner. Stayed with a friend not a lover, so it was a bit cramped.

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: Cleaning staff never replaced paper cups in bathroom and never washed or replaced dirty coffee cups in room. had to ask for extra toilet paper, only one roll provided. Not enough towels for 2 people had to ask every day for towels
