Hotel Aveny Bed & Breakfast

Did not get staying they...

Liked: I booked it payed for it they sent me a code that did not work so could not get in to hotel and they were not very helpful so i would like my money back thank u

Disappointing

Good restaurant for a short...

Liked: I liked that the hotel was right at the centre of Gavle. And the breakfast was descent.
Disliked: I did not manage to find the receptionist when I arrived and the door was closed also it was freezing outside but managed to call him on the phone and opened. Also if someone is wondering there is a little parking space on the back side of the hotel access from the rear road. It was not immediately obvious but then we figured it out.

Liked: Breakfast was nice.The lady at the reception was nice and welcoming
Disliked: The lady on the phone kinda had an attitude thou.I am a paying customer and she mentioned it was booked for one person(I know i booked it myself) felt like a treat repeating it for me.I didn't know the process of checking in they didn't send me the information till I called to say I might be late. I did not like that check out was at 11 though there were not alot of people.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: The room is not sound proof. Water in the bathroom is cold. Breakfast is divided in two separates room. Not going to stay in this hotel ever again. Not worth the money at all.
