Just the beddings need a...

Liked: Accessibility, free parking, beautiful lobby and inside the room. Beautiful scent in the lobby and elevator.
Disliked: Bedding smells like sweat and old. Smelled like never washed. Not sure but i have to spray alcohol all over the bedding.

Worth it.

Liked: Within 15 minutes of all my destinations. Free covered parking. Clean room. Low deposit
Disliked: No door on shower no wash cloths, housekeeping came into my room even though I had t t he do not disturb sign on the door. I do not like my personal items touched without my permission.

Liked: Free parking, clean, helpful staff, security outside, nice room, location!
Disliked: TV did not work in room, they fixed it and the it didn't work again.

Great value in heart of...

Liked: I thoroughly enjoy the free indoor (underground) parking. They also seem to have a security guard at the car entrance. We got double beds. which were clean and sufficiently supportive--I slept pretty well. The bathroom is shower only, with shower head probably 6' 4" high? There is restaurants nearby--a Japanese spot on same block; across the street there is Japanese fast food Yoshinoya (that I didn't get to try). Conveniently close to downtown for Uber/Lyft rides.There is also a fitness center on the 2nd floor (I did not try).
Disliked: Not sure what can be done but Room AC was a bit noisy cycling on/off during my June stay, but I got around that by setting the AC cold to get the room decently cold, and then shutting off for the night (plus, the LA weather at that time was cool so that worked out).The one elevator is small and excruciatingly slow at times. For checkout which apparently was a busy time, I simply climbed the stairs from B2 to G level to quickly just drop off my room keys.
