I am honestly disappointed on...

Liked: The suite room was spacious. Loccation accessible to restaurant
Disliked: The room was so hot inside when we arrive. Windows are open in the bedroom fhat made it so hot. There is no exhaust of AC from living room to bedroom. It took long time before it cools down inside the bedroom. We ask to use the common area and disappointed that we cannt gather on the common area, no talking/voice allowed, no food or drinks, in short, its common area is only for show but cant be use by any guest. Lastly, there elevtor broke down so we have to use stairs all throught out from bassment 2 to 5th floor. We are so disappointed and traumatized on this experienced.

Liked: - Cosy and spacious room - very friendly staff, the guy at the reception gave us great suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood - underground parking is a big plus!!

Disliked: The elevator was out of order, seemingly for a long time, and nobody cared to fix it. The beds were the smallest of our entire 15-day trip across 15 different hotels in the USA! The location is terrible and unsafe, with 24/7 security standing in front of the hotel just to keep order at the entrance and garage. Absolutely impossible to walk anywhere with kids — dirty, messy, and risky.The view from our window, unlike the photos shown on Booking, was directly into a concrete wall. Even though we requested a room change, this was not allowed. Overall, by far the worst hotel of our entire trip across the USA.
