Beautiful and quiet hotel with...

Liked: The location was perfect to explore Zaragoza main sites and the hotel decoration was superb.
Disliked: The check in process was super slow. The receptionist was quite new and he did his best, and was very polite at all times, but he was confused with the rooms and he made a mistake assigning a double room when it was meant to be a triple. It took an hour to do the check in of 5 rooms.

Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: We have stayed at Hotel Avenida before. The design and furnishings are laid back and stylish. Breakfast as previously included a good choice. Staff were all helpful.
Disliked: The decor in one of our rooms was a little tired with some mould in the shower area and bathroom. The hotel had flagged it is in the process of upgrading rooms and gave us the option of taking an upgraded room. Being Brits and Irish guests we would always appreciate a kettle and tea making facilities in the room.
