Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful Location was great for public transportation
Disliked: Construction was taking place both inside & outside Housekeeping could improve Pillows/Bed was uncomfortable

Liked: Hotel very nicely done inside bedrooms and staff helpful speaking English, they made us feel welcome.
Disliked: Needed 3 cups not 2 for our booking for 3, insufficient hot drinks supplies, t bags. Kettle unit nowhere near a socket had to move everytime, need extra sockets in room for mobile phones/additional hairdryers also. Bathroom just needed more storage areas and sink unit needs some attention.

Liked: Good location and good air-con
Disliked: Walls very thin, could hear next rooms TV and shower. Upgraded room should not have a courtyard view. Beds very hard and no fresh towels everyday

Liked: Very comfortable location for planing walking trips as long with metro line connections to other places.
Disliked: Could be cleaner. Especially stairs area.
