Liked: At the heart of the city center yet very quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Lift is very small. A person entering the lift with trekking backpack will gut stuck unless the backpack is put on ground. Parking garage is very far from the hotel and is very congested. Since there are a lot of one-way in Vienna, taking the car out of the garage and reaching hotel is time consuming.

Disliked: You’ll be charged £3 for each pair of slippers although our staying was 3 days+Very dusty not clean No luggage trolley or assistance is provided.Basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and body lotion are not included.Ironing facilities consist of a shared iron on the ground floor nearby the food area!The hotel still uses traditional keys instead of modern key cards.The air conditioning system is outdated and operated via remote controls. We experienced issues with it during the night, and surprisingly, there was no maintenance support available until the next day. Fortunately, the weather was mild. We requested a room change due to the technical issue, but the staff member on duty (Friday night, 31/07/2025) claimed there was no availability, even for a single night. However, online booking platforms showed that rooms were indeed available — extremely disappointing.There is no room service — you must go to the reception for anything you need.Breakfast is repetitive and offers very limited options.No complimentary water is provided at the reception.The internet service is extremely slow and the rooms are dusty
