Disliked: Staff were very rude. We paid for the room in advance and they did not let us to stay in the room because our train was cancelled because of the strikes and we did not arrive to the hotel by 20:00. They did not give us a refund. We were homeless because of this hotel. Totally unacceptable behavior .

Wonderful hotel!

Liked: A wonderful, family-friendly place not far from Milano Centrale station, close to the metro. Very friendly staff, breakfast is not provided, but there is a kitchen and self-service area. reminiscent of a cafe where you can make tea, coffee and eat)On the day of check-out, we asked to leave our suitcases at the reception and take a walk. We were allowed to do this and what’s more, our little daughter was given a gift from the hotel (a Unicorn with candy). The daughter was happy and couldn’t believe that they just gave her a gift :) We will definitely come back here when we are back in Milan!

Liked: The price and near metro transit.
Disliked: - Extremely small shower, not good for tall people.- A/C seems not to be working well.- The room lights are not bright.- There is no lift (elevator), so if you have big luggages, you have to hand carry them up the winding staircase. - We had a family of 4 and the room was small especially when you have 4 suitcases.
