Liked: The hotel is in a quiet location. The room was spacious enough. I asked for the room to be prepared for us as a couple - it was done
Disliked: The hotel is clearly not 4*. The bar was not working. There is no restaurant in the hotel. We had to go to another hotel for breakfast. The hotel itself - it was obvious that it had not been renovated for a long time. Reception worked only from 09 - 21. The bill for the hotel is not according to the price on the Booking.com, but in Czech crowns. Even though there was no warning about it anywhere, as a result the amount to be paid was quite different from the one stated on Booking.com - taking into account currency conversions for banks (+40€)

Liked: Perfect location, comfortable room. Close to tram, metro, and bus stations. Multiple restaurants around. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Initially had some issues with the payment not going through.

Liked: Lovely hidden gem in a fantastic central location right beside the river just a short walk to main Prague attractions very well kept with nice useful amenities and friendly and responsive staff not a 247 reception but there are codes provided and staff can support with out of hours check in I believe - feels very safe - this is my second stay and will be back incredible value for money
Disliked: Having to leave

Liked: Best location. Very clean and friendly staff. Everything you need is in the area. My room had a view of the courtyard. So it was very quiet.
Disliked: Only the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and it was never fixed during my stay. Even though I asked.

Liked: Location was quite okay. They gaved permission to left our luggage in the reception.
Disliked: All the room was smells sigar. We stayed for 1 night, windows had oppened for 1 hours but smell didn't had gone. Everything in the room has some cracks or problems. I'm glad we could able to stay the night. It was cold night, full of smells and nonworking windows.
