Liked: Nothing except the location, which is close to the metro.
Disliked: Avoid this hotel at all costs! The room looked really different from the photos on Booking.com. It had a bad smell and seemed unclean. Worst of all, it was not soundproof as advertised—we couldn’t sleep at all due to constant noise from the street and within the hotel.Customer service was extremely unhelpful. They did nothing about our complaints and didn’t even apologize. Because we had a pre-wedding photoshoot the next day, we canceled the remaining two nights and booked another hotel.We understood that the booking was non-refundable, but they also refused to refund the city tax, which is unacceptable. We've escalated the issue to Booking.com, but the hotel still hasn't responded.Save yourself the trouble—don’t stay here!
