Very good

Liked: Staff were lovely, so helpful. Pleasant stay, loved the terrace part.
Disliked: No pathway outside the hotel for walkers. Room was small and didn't have bits like tea/ coffee/ water etc. But could buy this from cafe downstairs and there was a fridge in the room. No windows with light in our room.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, room was immaculately clean. Good value for money.
Disliked: Acoustics aren’t that good and you can hear the slightest sound in the hallway when lying in bed. About a 35min walk to old part of Bari but pretty close to train station. Whilst the hotel itself was nice, the surrounding area looks quite run down.

Disliked: Food was okay, but the same food every day is not okay; this needs to be improved for the future.

Exceptional

Liked: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, consistent breakfast with good coffee. The staff was very helpful. We arrived at 23:30-24:00 and they still had the snak bar open with sweets, coffee at reasonable prices.
