A little disappointing after a...

Liked: Hotel is nice and breakfast was great. We had stayed earlier in the week and had a family room for 3 which was excellent.
Disliked: The twin room was very small and in a poor state of repair. Compared to the family room we had on pervious stay the price was very expensive.

Ok, staff and food were...

Liked: the location, staff, room and food, including breakfast were good to very good. I also had dinner there and that was excellent
Disliked: there is a very noisy system that comes on in the night a different intervals, woke me up a 0300 and about 0500hrs. which is pretty difficult to do as i am a heavy sleeper. On asking around it also woke man others as well. It either the hot water heating system or the refilling system when someone uses the bathroom. Either way if i had known of it i would have considered not staying there

Liked: Location, room size, friendly staff. Nice bar
Disliked: Breakfast was not good enough, no fresh items eg tomatoes, cucumber, fruit salad. Poor choice of bread, no yoghurt.

Worst room experience for a...

Liked: The Restaurant Looked nice, although we didn't eat as they would not accept us eating after 8 p.m. on Saturday night! Breakfast was nice, and the cleanliness was OK.
Disliked: The Rooms and space we were given appeared unfinished, with broken fixtures. When you entered after going up a concrete staircase, there was a bed in the entrance with items stored on it—probably a fire Hazard. The shower head was taped up with Duck tape and fell off when the son used it. The Bathroom smelt of waste as the saniflo had not been vented correctly. The second shower had no shower Screen, and the beads were extremely poor quality and uncomfortable. You could hear outside road noise, so clearly, it was like being outside. There was a door for a balcony used for smoking with no handrail, creating a significant fall and safety hazard. I have not had a worse room experience in a long time. The rest of the rooms may be high quality, warranting a good score. Not ours I'm afraid. Do not book this room. Refund please.

Perfect for what we needed

Liked: Great breakfast (and dinner) in the restaurant. The apartment felt like it had recently been refurbished. Excellent location.
Disliked: The facilities in the kitchen were very limited - no washing machine, no cooker or toaster and no coffee or tea (would have been nice to have some available for when we first arrived.

A charming and comfortable hotel...

Liked: A wonderful hotel in the centre of Leopoldsburg. Comfortable room and lovely shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of beers and food. Excellent choice of food and all very well presented. I enjoyed my two nights here and certainly recommend a stay.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.
