Liked: It is small hotel in the centre of Biarritz. There is very friendly, family atmosphere. The room was small but there was space enough for everyone. The room was VERY CLEAN! And the personel was very helpful.

Liked: The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Amazing shower and beds with coffee, tea and cookies available. Great location and good breakfast. I will stay there again on the next opportunity.

Excellent stay

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Tje beds were super comfortable. It was on a quiet street but only 5 min walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The friendly staff made us feel at home straight away. The comprehensive guide given to places of interest in the city, coupled with directions, was great. We nearly did everything suggested. I confess we don't know if we passed the Chanel building, although I took pics of nearly all the rest 😅 The short stroll downhill to the centre of everything was great and meant the location was quiet.
Disliked: The longer stroll uphill 😉
