Disliked: The elevator was out of service The free coffee is put out way to early for people who's in vacation, 5:30 to 7amI traveled with my mom 78 years old and the elevator was not a good thing for us.

Lovely lovely stay! Amazing staff!

Liked: It was a lovely place, better than I have expected. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We even extended our stay, there was a report of high winds and storm coming in the afternoon, it was not bad that we missed the last ferry going back to Long Beach. We were given a different room but it’s clean and well prepared all the same. We loved our stay and would definitely book them again if we go back to Catalina.
