The historic Atwater Hotel is...

Liked: Wonderful historic yet updated hotel. The decor could be described as first class island vibe. The staff is exceptionally well trained and helpful. A shout out to front desk staff member, Precious, who was helpful, kind, and very informative.
Disliked: The morning coffee service ends way too early.

Will not be back until...

Liked: Everything is old in Catalina Island, but this hotel is looking ok for being so old. We like how centrally located it was (near everything)
Disliked: The filthy beige carpet in the bed area (stained really bad) and the rooms are very small. You need to replace carpets with vinyl flooring (it’s not the 60’s anymore)

Liked: Fabulous location. Everything is within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of room to store clothes and toiletries.

Liked: Luggage pick up upon arriving ant the dock and delivered to our room. Also luggage stored after check-out for the afternoon, until our departuring ferry.
