Liked: The location of the Hotel in the closeness to the city center was very satisfying! Breakfast was very good and pleasantly served! The hotel room was big enough, unfortunately slightly loud on the street in the late friday/saturday evening.
Disliked: For hotel guests arriving by car, there is a limited amount of parking lots in the courtyard, as well as in the surrounding streets it is complicated to find free parking places. Another disadvantage was that arriving in the hotel room there was no general light, the only light was the local light at the bed

Disliked: The hot water in the bathroom is not easy to adjust. Sometimes the water is not hot and the towels are old.

Liked: I liked the fridge, the big balcony, the area that the hotel was located, easy access to Metro station and shops around the hotel. The breakfast was OK. It had the basics which were sufficient, just like how your family prepare breakfast, simple! The price was also Fine for four nights stay.
Disliked: Very poor room service or not at all. I had to ask several times to clean the room. They came after so much of delay at the end, but only did vacume cleaning and cleaned the bathroom, but not table or tidying up bed..nothing. I saw only one old lady responsible for cleaning up. I suffered from allergy , not sure if the carpets were clean! I would prefer rooms without carpets to be honest.I had to ask to pick up the garbage from room despite hanging the ‘clean up sign’ the whole day! No slippers, No Shampoo! No brush or toothpaste. No Iron. the staff were nice.
