Liked: Very nice and modern, clean, spacious room. Quiet.
Disliked: Sometimes the TV didn’t work.

Things made it difficult to...

Liked: Everything was perfect except for two things (see below). The room size, bathrooms, cleanliness, check-in process, and breakfast experience was fantastic. Rooms were nice and cool and cleaned regularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy options. The distance one short block away from old town was also perfect!
Disliked: 2 things that made it impossible to sleep in - the cleaning staff talking constantly and loudly outside my doors early in the morning, and skylights that were not able to be covered by curtains that shown into the room

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel itself is nice.
Disliked: The service is strange. We were not allowed to use the bathroom when we picked up our luggage from the luggage room.It is the first hotel we had ever experienced such a thing.

Exceptional

Liked: Family apartment with kitchen is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen has a small hob.The air-con worked well. 10-15 mins walk to Glowny train station.

Superb

Liked: Very nice location. Close to train station and city center. Spacious and clean room. Bar where you can have a drink and good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing
