Disliked: THERE SEEMED TO BE NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM WHICH WAS VERY HOT ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff

Liked: Room was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and variety of food was great and everything was fresh and delicious.
Disliked: not puschair friendly entrance, corridor and lift were very small.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: My stay was unfortunately quite uncomfortable due to the temperature inside the room — it was extremely hot, and the air conditioning system was not working at all. When I asked about it in the morning, I was told that it hasn’t been turned on yet for the season. However, many of the rooms are located directly under the roof, which made the heat unbearable.Opening the window was not an option either, as there is a nightclub nearby that played loud music throughout the night, and a tram line runs right in front of the hotel.Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing — the selection was poor, and the coffee was awful.

Liked: Great choice for breakfast. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious. Located in a brilliant place. Would come back again.
