Excellent hotel in heart of...

Liked: Great location. Staff especially Clara and Lucia were just so kind.
Disliked: No tea coffee facilities in the room.

A comfortable safe oasis in...

Liked: What an amazing hotel!! Old school thoughtfulness and comfort on every level.
Disliked: The staff sometimes seemed a bit aloof. Provided service but like it was a chore.. when I asked (in Spanish) if they could mail postcards, they just took them and left for another room… no smile, no acknowledgment.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location couldn't be better—it's perfect and so convenient. Everything is easily accessible. The only downside is that i didnt get a room view of the gran via but Highly recommended!
