Perfection in every way.

Liked: Lovely hotel, superb location, wonderful staff. The food was first rate and the roof terrace a great place to unwind at the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with our trip.
Disliked: No negatives at all.

Good location for Madrid tourism.

Liked: Great location in Madrid. Good breakfast, though not free.
Disliked: The rooftop bar is a major disappointment. You can’t actually see the street when seated. It needs updating. Hotel is great but don’t stay here for the bar.

Liked: Super clean a nice rooms. Full city center
Disliked: Breakfast was poor compared to the type of hotel. However at least it was not too expensive. The receptionists were polite but not nice.
