Superb

Liked: Wonderful hotel, met some extra nice members of staff around there. Very happy with the breakfast and I really like how the house/houses have been adapted for a hotel. My balcony was great and overall I really felt at home there for a very busy week in Bologna. Cleanliness was great.
Disliked: Because of the purpose of my visit (a watercolor festival) I carried an unusually heavy suitcase with me, and a few steps down to my room are my only concern for returning next year. But I still think I will, the pros are far to many.

Liked: The staff were nice and helpful. The parking was cheap and close by.
Disliked: The room was very dated and felt more like a dormitory room. Not a very nice room to spend any amount of time in. There was an access door outside our front door that was used a lot. By guests accessing the other part of the hotel, and hotel staff using it too. As such it was a very noisy and the door was constantly being slammed

Very nice hotel and you...

Liked: The Hotel is in a very good location near the city center.Breakfast is good and the staff is very nice.The rooms are clean and get cleaned every day.
Disliked: The room key is very heavy, but you can leave the key at the front desk and pick it up when you come back to the hotel. This is nothing bad, but I think it has to be said.

Well located small hotel but...

Liked: We found it quite expensive for 3 people sharing one small room €280! .. also did not like the raised floor.. quite dangerous if used bathroom at night time. Great location in Bologna but it was the most expensive place we stayed in, while in Italy .The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly but honestly I would not recommend it for the reasons above.
