Fantastic hotel - highly recommended

Liked: The hotel was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great - right on the lake, 5 minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof and close to the city.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: The requirement to charge a 50 euro per person per day ‘bond’. This was in fact a charge - deducted from our credit card! This is the first time a hotel has used this system of extortion on us - the staff simply said that this was ‘normal’ practice and made no apologies. The money was immediately deducted from our credit card (300 Euro total) - however the refund has not been paid immediately.
