Liked: Good parking and breakfast, easy access
Disliked: The check-in process was too long, I had to check in all my family, I had never done that before, The shared toilet needs more facilities.

My son and I booked...

Liked: the room was a great size. the bed i found comfortable.There wasnothing stand out about the room, but it was clean and fit for purpose.supermarket was really close, only a 5 min walk and 2 minute drive.Location was good for Kiel week. only a 10 minute drive to the location.
Disliked: i was hoping to get some. clothes cleaned, but there was no service for this and no service was advertised. There is no air conditioning, so had to keep windows open. unfortunately there were lots of seagulls which were incredibly noisy, and wake-up when the sun comes up.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Number of beds not provided as per description on website. A quadruple room (described as having a double bed, single bed and sofa bed) was missing the single bed. The hotel could not rectify this problem as it was fully booked.

Exceptional

I know it was Kiel...

Disliked: Lack of facilities -not even water glasses in room. Showers spat water fiercely. Check in too complicated on arrival using iPad system-I had a tired child and dogs-didn’t expect to need to enter passport details to access room key. Breakfast-no teabags.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Good sized, well appointed, clean rooms. A very good location for us just outside kiel
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better, if they had catered a little more for young children, but quite acceptable set up.
