Hotel at the Waldorf

Pleasant and passable

Liked: The bed was huge for two people and it was extremely comfy
Disliked: The location is in a sketchy part of town. We arrived 30 minutes early and were not permitted to check in. They did keep our luggage though. I had asked ahead of time but they did not respond until after I had left. It was very noisy with an event on downstairs. I don’t think this is good value for money.

Liked: Staff AMAZING. Shane too good for the place should be at Hilton or something he is super smart and really cares for his staff and customers. Mia the receptionist is a blessing warm and friendly and my bedding super clean the staff were the best part if the hotel.
Disliked: The heating system is on constantly and not able to turn it down. This seems to be for most rooms apparently. The restaurant food was OK but a bit pricey compared to other local eat out places but decent food. Ask for quieter rooms if you can as 9n weekend the live music can be heard but my room was great.
