Liked: I loved the building itself - the architecture was stunning and the way that it was decorated went right along with the whole feel of the place. The espresso bar in the lobby was wonderful. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again this would definitely be my first choice!
Disliked: The Pan American Grill and Brewery had pretty slow service. The food was so-so and took a long time to get to our table.

Everything good about the experience, except the attached restaurants closing early. Would have been nice to eat there after concert.
Liked: Very clean. Huge room. Valet were very nice people.
Disliked: Not sure if owned by the hotel, but restaurants/bars attached to the hotel closed between 9-10.

Liked: Breakfast was more than expected.
Disliked: Husband would have liked a chest of drawers and plugs in the lamp base for charging (USB). He also found the shade on the shower/tub raised from outside the room very strange. Very loud....halls echoed. Unsecured wifi

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The rooms were the most quiet I've experienced in a downtown area.
Disliked: Had a great stay. Suggestion rather than a complaint: Would have loved to step out on the 2nd floor patio area but the door was locked. There were tables, strung fairy lights and freshly fallen snow. Maybe it's only accessible in warmer seasons?
