Liked: I loved the building itself - the architecture was stunning and the way that it was decorated went right along with the whole feel of the place. The espresso bar in the lobby was wonderful. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again this would definitely be my first choice!
Disliked: The Pan American Grill and Brewery had pretty slow service. The food was so-so and took a long time to get to our table.

Everything good about the experience, except the attached restaurants closing early. Would have been nice to eat there after concert.

Liked: Very clean. Huge room. Valet were very nice people.
Disliked: Not sure if owned by the hotel, but restaurants/bars attached to the hotel closed between 9-10.

Clean rooms, very accommodating staff!...

Liked: Room, hotel, staff very clean amazing!
Disliked: The parking garage, multiple people’s car were busted into the night of our stay in the Adam garage, great facility not a great area thou!

Liked: The property was clean and rooms are well spaced.
Disliked: There is no bar and minimum eating facilities. This is a separate business attached for coffee and snacks in the morning. The hotel looks old , tired and the diffuser in the corridors lets off an awful smell.

Will stay again when next...

Liked: Loved the hotel and the history, excellent position in buffalo , bed was super comfy, staff were friendly, professional and informative, hotel was clean
Disliked: It’s a shame the hotel wasn’t doing food due to refurb although there was a discount at the adjacent cafe

Great room, location, atmosphere

Liked: Our room was gorgeous. So spacious, and we ended up with the corner room with a balcony. Loved the art deco design of the whole place, and the location was perfect for access to the town by walking or public transit. Would love to come back.
