Everything good about the experience, except the attached restaurants closing early. Would have been nice to eat there after concert.
Liked: Very clean. Huge room. Valet were very nice people.
Disliked: Not sure if owned by the hotel, but restaurants/bars attached to the hotel closed between 9-10.

Liked: I was super impressed with the room for the price. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The building felt vintage and the rooms were so updated. I love the split level and the fire place! Staff was very accommodating. I can't wait to go back!
Disliked: I don't love the parking downtown but it's the city and we managed. Also I wished you guys had a bar that was open later.

Liked: Bar was pretty cool. The entire staff was friendly except one bartender.

Liked: This is a very old hotel that has been restored to it's old style glory. It is absolutely gorgeous with all the woodwork and splendor of the early 1900's. Very close to everything in town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful (we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite). They have a full kitchen which includes basic cooking utensils, dishes, etc. The beds are super comfy with down comforters. I would highly recommend staying here. It has such charm, unlike the chain hotels.
Disliked: The continental breakfast could be improved a bit, but not bad.

Liked: Nicely renovated room...good bed...great bathroom. Fantastic coffee bar in old lobby. Generous pour at the bar.
Disliked: Lighting in hallway accentuated it's barrenness. Dining room was beautiful old paneling, but again, poorly lit...so desolate feeling.

Liked: Bath and shower were great. Really appreciated early check in.
Disliked: Quality of housekeeping was poor. Room was in need of repair. Bed poorly made. Was surprised for a junior suite there was no fridge. Found it interesting and totally unsafe that tiled floors were being mopped at entry to breakfast area at breakfast time.

Liked: The historical look of the hotel made it feel like it was back when the hotel was built. It's wood paneled bar and Resteraunt is gorgeous.
Disliked: Breakfast could be allot better, it felt like I was eating a breakfast at Motel 6

Liked: We had a nice one bedroom suite. The bed was very comfortable and the living space was nicely laid out. We loved the Pan American Bar and Grill and the coffee shop downstairs.

Liked: The front desk guy Joe was really helpful and full of good advice. The suite was sumptuous and larger than life.
Disliked: The emptiness of the hallways was a bit creepy and the fear of sporting a boy on a tricycle or twin girls felt real. Eerie feel to the place.

Liked: This is a beautiful historic hotel that has been renovated beautifully. Right in the center of town, you can do walking tours to many historic places including Buffalo's city hall. Loved the stay. Will be back.
