Hotel at the Lafayette A Trademark Collection Hotel

Liked: I loved the building itself - the architecture was stunning and the way that it was decorated went right along with the whole feel of the place. The espresso bar in the lobby was wonderful. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again this would definitely be my first choice!
Disliked: The Pan American Grill and Brewery had pretty slow service. The food was so-so and took a long time to get to our table.

Everything good about the experience, except the attached restaurants closing early. Would have been nice to eat there after concert.

Liked: Very clean. Huge room. Valet were very nice people.
Disliked: Not sure if owned by the hotel, but restaurants/bars attached to the hotel closed between 9-10.

Liked: The room was beautiful, the building was astonishing. And the 3rd shift worker was excellent. We loved our stay and will definitely be going again
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect

Liked: This is a classic hotel of the early twentieth century. It’s important to remember that, and not be expecting a Hilton or Hyatt. The architecture is beautiful, the room dimensions grand, starting at the lobby. It is old in appearance BY DESIGN, and not for economic reasons. It puts you back in the era of flappers, or earlier. And it is perfectly kept and clean.

Liked: Quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Good value for money. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Lighting in the bathroom could be better.
