Superb

Liked: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me check in early because the room was ready. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and also very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel. The location was excellent—just a 5–6 minute walk to the train station.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t great. It was a bit slow and laggy at times.

Room rundown and dirty

Liked: 24 check in and friendly staff. Good location close to town centre and bus / train
Disliked: The room we were allocated has a broken piece in the front door that made closing difficult, shower screen door was broken and had come off rails, window in bathroom opened without safety rail (3rd floor) which would be unsafe for children. Overall the room was old and rundown with grime on the walls and cracks in ceiling, shower floor, etc. breakfast room too small (approx 10-12 guests MAX) and breakfast options limited

Liked: The location was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The only bad thing was that the rooms were not noise-insulated.

Liked: Location was really great.Nice breakfast, broad choice and tasty food.
Disliked: Our room smell musty at the beginning, I also didn’t like that duvet didn’t have cover from both sides. That seems unhygienic to me. Room furniture looked old. I think the pictures they provide might be misleading. Also we lived above garages and not in the main building. Our window had security bars and room wasn’t sunny at all. At least AC works and I think room was relatively clean.
