Liked: Сonvenient location - 3 min walk to the tram №16. Сlean room with all necessary things. Friendly staff ready to help.In my case I didn't notice sound isolation is bad...
Disliked: The air conditioner doesn't work very well.

Liked: Very good breakfast. Location was great for the San Siro stadium and using the metro to get to other parts of Milan.

Good location for Stadium events,...

Liked: The staff was very nice & worked hard to be accommodating. The location was close to San Euro Stadium & we could take the tram there & walk back in 30 minutes safely after a concert.
Disliked: The air conditioning was appalling. After check-in we reported air conditioning was not working. A staff member came up, shrugged & said it was working. Yes, it was blowing out small amounts of warm air but that is not AC. We spent one night sweating in that room, then requested another room which was a little better.

Good value and location.

Liked: Perfect hotel for out needs. Not the grandest hotel you will stay in but really friendly staff, fairly basic but clean and comfortable bedrooms and perfect location to walk back to (less than 30 minutes) after a late night concert in the San Siro Stadium. Breakfast was good too, worth the 12 Euro charge.
Disliked: Nothing really, would happily stay here again.

Liked: Small room, but comfortable. Lovely staff. Close to metro and airport bus.
Disliked: Quite far from the city.

Very good

Liked: - it's a nice and convenient hotel not too far from the metro and city center, not too expensive for Milan- the air-conditioning works wel- the window blinds darken the entire room- my room had a nice view
Disliked: - the walls of my room were very thin. I had to ask my neighbour to cease a loud phonecall late at night (it was almost 1am) so I could get some sleep
