Liked: Very friendly welcome. Early check in no problem. Excellent value for money, breakfast included. Clean comfortable room. Free parking.
Disliked: Room a long way from reception. WiFi at that part of hotel not very good.

Liked: Rooms are small but bed is comfortable and shower is great.TV has no reception and the elevator is tiny. But for a one night over stay is great and has packing off the road

Disliked: - Elevator defect for a couple of days, we had to take our luggage 3 floors upstairs by ourselves.- They did not give us our booked room but a smaller one first, we had to complain to get what we booked.- The building is next to a busy street with no or less noise cancellation, always loud.- Very small room size, even for a double room.- Not much space for our luggage or to sit down.- Repairment needed for many features in bath and room.- The Personal was not much helpful.

Nice hotel, but unsafe

Liked: Good proximity to the metro.Very good breakfast. English-speaking staff. Clean and nice. My room was of a good size and had everything you could expect from it. Nice environmental thinking.
Disliked: Reception closes in the evenings with no staff there. Only a emergency number. The bed was uncomfortable and had a cheap feeling to it. Keycard stopped working at two separate occasions. The second time it became critical because we couldn’t get in to the gotel and the reception was closed. When we tried to call the emergency number nobody answered. This was in the evening and it started to get cold. After 90 minutes one of my friends googled and found another contact from a another hotel in the chain (I at least think that) and got from her a code to a keybox that contained master cards that could be used to unlock every door in the hotel. After that we could get to our rooms. Really dangerous and I don’t want to think about if we had young kids or was elderly. Or if we hadn’t gotten hold of someone. This was a absurd situation when we couldn’t get into our hotel which we had payed for.
