Disliked: Dirty carpet. Too expensive for a very old and tired 1930s building

Liked: Love this hotel and it's retro feel. It's so cute. Brilliant breakfast and lovely staff.
Disliked: It is, as warned, a bit noisy from the railway but I expected that. It was also very warm and I didn't expect that. Copenhagen's buildings were all so warm the weekend I was there. No air con.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No phone in room. European electric outlets only. No USB ports. No a/c. They have an electric outlet adapter but only one and it can’t leave the front desk.

Next time I see pre-provided...

Liked: Very good location in the centre.
Disliked: No AC or fan in the small room which made it near impossible to sleep. During summer you can either keep the window closed and sweat or keep the window open and listen to traffic, party people all night followed by road works in the morning. The breakfast was ok but out of some items quite early. Was told at 9:30 that no more rolls/ rundstykker would be available.

Disliked: On first day when we arrieve girl at reception wasn’t very polite.

Disliked: The level of cleanliness was not good. Clearly, the room was not cleaned well especially the floor. The mirror was full of fingerprints. The carpet generally needs a good clean especially the carpet in the common areas because the smell was not pleasant.
