Liked: Great location and good breakfast
Disliked: No kettle in the room and cleaning only on request Getting in and out of the double bed challenging as one side is against a wall so you have to crawl in from the bottom. Not good when getting up during the night

Liked: Close to the central railway station and middle of Copenhagen
Disliked: Everything else. The room wasn’t clean, only had a kettle and very little else and wasn’t anything like the room I had booked or checked in for. Turned from a spacious family room with a double bed and sofa bed to a tiny room with one bed and a connected tiny room with bunk beds. Nothing like I had booked for me, my elderly mother and disabled daughter to stay in. The manager was rude when I complained, stating that you never get a room that looks likes the picture and would not apologise for any change in room, or refund me.

Great value for basic accommodation...

Liked: The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price this hotel represents very good value for money.
Disliked: The hotel was not built with cool natural ventilation in warmer weather. The room was initially stuffy until I could cool it by opening the window.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean...

Liked: Clean room, environmental policies, excellent breakfast. Great location, on the doorstep of railway station. We had a Superior room and did not hear any train noise. Ear plugs were provided if needed. Bathroom was small but clean and did not cause any concerns. Room had balcony access where you could outside and take in the surrounds.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Love this hotel and it's retro feel. It's so cute. Brilliant breakfast and lovely staff.
Disliked: It is, as warned, a bit noisy from the railway but I expected that. It was also very warm and I didn't expect that. Copenhagen's buildings were all so warm the weekend I was there. No air con.
