Superb

Liked: Nice, polite, professional staff, hotel well located, spacious room.

Ok for the price

Liked: Really friendly staff, room seemed clean, cold drinking water provided in lobby
Disliked: Fridge didn't work (wasn't cold), shower was very hard to control temperature and was placed as such that it leaked onto bathroom floor a lot . Hotel quite dated and musty. Location is good that its close to center but street itself not very nice - lots of dingy adult bars etc. Bit noisy in morning.

Liked: Close to the city center, this is a relatively well-equipped hotel with friendly staff.

Liked: I enjoyed the price and staff was great
Disliked: Room had no shower curtain water went everywhere in the shower. And for a little bit, the water was brown.

Liked: The staff was marginally helpful
Disliked: Location is a terrible area, centrally located but disgusting. Air conditioning doesn’t work, rooms were somewhat dirty, and overall it cost way too much for what they charge. Beds are hard also.

Helpful staff, nice room, not...

Liked: Nice beds, enough space for a family with two kids. Very helpful staff who helped us getting in to the hotel after closing hour since our travel had delayed a bit.
Disliked: The room was quite cold, we didn't figure out how to raise the tempereature. The neighbourhood surprised us, we had some delay in our travel so we were walking to the hotel from the trainstation with our two kids around midnight. It's not a kid friendly neighbourhood at that time. During the day it was ok.

It was ok but I...

Liked: My internet did not work at all in room 102. So I had to change rooms to 403 and I’m even having problems now with it.
Disliked: The area is not very nice but that’s not the hotels fault.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the check-in was pleasant, and even on the last day they took good care of our luggage after we had checked out. The room was clean, but some details were overlooked (a lot of dust under the bed, and a few items left behind by previous guests…). The location is great – it took us about 10 minutes to reach the city center. The room also had a mini fridge, a kettle, an iron, and a hairdryer.
Disliked: As I already mentioned, there were some cleanliness issues. The location is generally okay, but the street doesn’t feel very safe. I saw many comments about a strip club nearby – it opens quite late and it wasn’t disturbing, but our room faced the courtyard, so we were never bothered by noise. During showers, water leaked through the shower door, leaving the bathroom quite wet afterwards.
