Perfect for spending an evening in Flagstaff. The location was very convenient to our time and evening at The Green Room. All and all two thumbs up!
Liked: Very nice hotel.

Good value for the discounted...
Liked: It was centrally located, the front desk was very helpful when we asked for a new room because our window was held together with tape.
Disliked: No end table in bedroom, the blackout shades are torn and rotting.

Liked: Overall I was very happy with the service and attitude of the staff, the comfy beds, and location of the hotel. Breakfast was very simple and convenient as well.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was way to bright. There needs to be a soft light option for relaxing before going to bed. Also, the remodeling in the bathroom was in need of cleaning up. You could see the cocking left over from the remodel paint marks that were very sloppy.

Not great, dirty.
Liked: Bed was comfortable, full sized oven, dishes, glasses utensils and pans. Apparently those don't get stolen, only irons.
Disliked: It was dirty. We rented the presidential suite with a jacuzzi in the room and kitchenette. It was my wife's birthday. The batteries were dead in the remote in the living room. We called down to no answer,; tried back a few minutes later and she said I could come down to get new ones. We planned to do so after dinner but never made it. When we got back to the room filled the jacuzzi and started to see hair that wasn't ours. Took it in stride, emptied the tub wiped out with paper towels and refilled. It takes a good 10-15 minutes so we've wasted a bit of time. Nonetheless filled again, turn the jets on, and dirt and debris shoot out into the water. My wife refuses to get in. Called down and are told sorry they don't have another to move us to with a jacuzzi. Next morning we go to the included breakfast, very nice gentleman welcoming and offering to make waffles. They also had discolored scrambled eggs of sort, and sausage and potatoes. Mediocre, should have had the waffles. Went back to the room to get ready for the day, but no iron, and a hair dryer that doesn't work. This looks like an old run down apartment that is being renovated. There were also children's hands smudges on the doors, just poor cleaning. When we checked out told the manager, she discounted my rate 33. According to her the difference between the non-spa room. Never apologized about the cleaning deficiencies and made excuses. People steal the irons, no apology. It must be something inside the spa, again deflecting insufficient cleaning or servicing.
