Liked: Very handy for the exhibition centre. Lovely quiet area and easy to reach. Super comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Amazing restaurant. Great service. Would definitely book again.
Disliked: So I stayed on the first floor room 110 and when you look out on the terrace it definitely needs some repair and paint and there was a rusty chair just sitting there. But they was it. It’s a lovely place.

Liked: I recently had dinner at the hotel and can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the food—it was absolutely delicious. The waiters were very professional, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Their level of service truly enhanced the overall experience, and I appreciated their attention to detail.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience during dinner was overshadowed by an interaction with the kitchen staff. I had to rush in the evening due to a business lecture at 19:30, and when I needed to sign for my meal, I politely asked the kitchen if anything required signing. The chef’s response left much to be desired—he appeared visibly irritated and unhelpful, which I found quite surprising and disappointing. For such a high standard of food and service elsewhere, this lack of professionalism from the kitchen stood out negatively.It’s a shame because the meal itself was fantastic, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. However, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and in the future, I may consider staying at the hotel but dining elsewhere. I hope this can be improved, as the waiters and hotel staff certainly set a much better standard.

Liked: Reminds me of an English GuesthoseOverall, the room was clean and okay for one night during UEFA 2024.Food in the restaurant was good, service so lala.
Disliked: We paid for breakfast, which was okay. However, I was chased for the extra charge for a cappuccino we ordered at breakfast, which wasn't very pleasant.
